Most of the popular eCommerce platforms allow exporting product details to CSV files or creating a YML export feed. You can check the guides on CSV export from Shopify, WIX, Ecwid, WooCommerce platforms.

Import process:

Step 1: Download the export file from your current eCommerce platform or any other source, like an inventory list from a supplier

Step 2: Go to Catalog - Import/Export and choose a Standard import option

Step 3: Select the fields you want to update, By default - select ALL fields

Step 4: Press the Save settings without import button

Step 5: Click Choose file and select the import file from your computer. If you have a YML feed URL - copy the YML feed URL to the YML input field

Step 6: Press the Import button
