Store credit


In some cases it may become necessary to add credit to your client, this being either a refund, a compensation, or a reward. Clients can use this credit to make orders and the credit will be deducted from the payment.

  1.  Go to Customers - Customers
  2.  Select the customer, to whom you wish to add credit, and click the Edit button
  3. Go to the Transactions tab
  4. Type Description and necessary amount
  5. Press Add transaction
