Store credit
In some cases it may become necessary to add credit to your client, this being either a refund, a compensation, or a reward. Clients can use this credit to make orders and the credit will be deducted from the payment.
- Go to Customers - Customers
- Select the customer, to whom you wish to add credit, and click the Edit button
- Go to the Transactions tab
- Type Description and necessary amount
- Press Add transaction
